Job summary

Qualifications

• NCAA experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive a college van.
• BA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and public relation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and enthusiastic team attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across cultural boundaries and work harmoniously with diverse groups of students, faculty and staff.
• Experience planning, developing and administering budgets helpful.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and evaluate PSAs.
• Assist coaching staff with posts and stories for IG and other social media to recruits.
• Provide weekly game updates for recruits to coaches.
• Attend games and events.
• Maintain constant communication with recruits.
• Prep early for practice and assist with fall/spring practices.
• Film breakdown with players during individual practice.
• Assist in opponent and team analysis.
• Help prepare game itineraries and travel plans.
• Coach your position and collaborate with coaches.
• After games, assist with clean-up of home field.
• Assist with gear, equipment, camps, and manage ARMS.
• Adhere to NCAA, University and Big South Rules and Policies.
• Duties as assigned by the head coach.
