Arthrex Raleigh-Durham is seeking a motivated Foot & Ankle/Trauma Sales Specialist to support our Raleigh area. This role blends clinical expertise, sales strategy, and relationship building to drive product adoption, support surgical teams, and achieve sales goals.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in foot, ankle and trauma sales, a strong operating room understanding, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in foot and ankle/trauma medical device sales.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and the operating room environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and sales teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a dynamic territory.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory sales plans focused on targeting, account growth, and quota achievement.
• Provide surgical case coverage and clinical support for foot, ankle, and trauma procedures.
• Serve as a product expert, providing education and training to surgeons, OR staff, and sales teams.
• Partner with local sales teams to support case coverage, product education, and territory growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital personnel, and key stakeholders.
• Support product utilization and adoption by ensuring clinical teams are comfortable with the products.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to maximize territory performance.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, clinical applications, and competitive positioning.

This role combines clinical expertise, sales strategy, and relationship building to drive product adoption, support surgical teams, and achieve sales objectives.

The ideal candidate has 2 - 3 years of experience in foot, ankle and trauma sales, a strong understanding of the operating room environment, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and sales teams.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in foot and ankle/trauma medical device sales
• Demonstrated consistent Foot & Ankle and Trauma sales growth and achieved established sales quotas
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and the operating room environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple sales teams and clinical stakeholders
• Strong sales acumen with a focus on territory planning and account targeting
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a dynamic territory

Territory & Travel

• Based in Wake County, North Carolina
• Support multiple sales teams and accounts throughout the territory
• Travel to hospitals and surgical facilities to provide case coverage, training, and customer support
