Job summary

Stryker in Chicago, IL is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to build a career in medical device sales. You will support sales activities within an assigned territory, gain product knowledge, and assist in surgical case coverage while working with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

The role offers training in the posted territory with potential relocation anywhere in the United States after training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Associate degree/healthcare certification with 2+ years experience accepted.
High school diploma with 4+ years experience accepted.
4 years of active-duty military service accepted.

Responsibilities

Support surgical procedures by ensuring products and implants are available for case coverage.
Educate surgeons, nurses, and OR staff on product use and updates.
Conduct customer visits to support account needs and identify sales opportunities.
Partner with Sales Representatives to build relationships and drive territory growth.
Promote Foot & Ankle products by presenting features and differentiators to customers.
Manage inventory and ensure product availability for customer demand.
Process purchase orders and support documentation and invoicing.
Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
