Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate for a field-based role with primary training in Chicago/Bloomington/Urbana. Candidates must be willing to relocate nationally after training to support an assigned territory and work with surgeons and healthcare professionals to grow Foot & Ankle sales.

The position includes surgical case support, product education, inventory management, and order processing with about 40% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field.
Associate degree or healthcare-related certification (e.g., Certified Surgical Technologist, Physical Therapy) with minimum 2 years of experience.
High school diploma with at least 4 years of professional/related experience or 4 years of active-duty military service.

Responsibilities

Support surgical procedures by ensuring products, instruments, and implants are available for case coverage.
Educate surgeons, nurses, and OR staff on product use and updates.
Conduct customer visits to support account needs and identify sales opportunities.
Partner with Sales Representatives to grow territory and relationships with providers.
Promote Foot & Ankle products by presenting features and differentiators.
Manage inventory and ensure product availability for demand.
Process customer purchase orders and assist with documentation and invoicing.
