Job summary

Stryker in the United States seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support surgical procedures, ensure instruments and implants are prepared, and train within the posted territory. You will gain hands-on clinical education while working with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and experienced sales leaders.

You will educate surgeons and OR staff on product use and updates, conduct customer visits, and collaborate with Sales Representatives to drive territory growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or healthcare-related certification with related experience.
• High school diploma with substantial related experience.
• Active-duty military service may qualify for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical procedures by ensuring products and implants are ready for case coverage.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and OR staff on product use and updates.
• Conduct customer visits to identify sales opportunities in the territory.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to grow the territory and relationships with providers.
• Promote Foot & Ankle products by presenting features and differentiators.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability for customer demand.
• Process customer orders and support documentation and invoicing.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
