Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to train in the posted territory and relocate nationally after training. You will support surgical cases, educate OR staff, and develop relationships with surgeons and providers while driving territory growth.

The role combines clinical education, customer support, inventory management, and sales development in a dynamic medical device environment with travel up to 80% and potential commissions/bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent healthcare certification/experience.
• Relocation within the United States upon training completion.
• 4+ years of professional or related experience if no degree.
• Willingness to relocate nationally after training.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical procedures by ensuring products and instruments are available for case coverage.
• Educate surgeons, nurses and OR staff on product use and updates.
• Conduct customer visits to identify sales opportunities and support territory growth.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to build relationships with healthcare providers.
• Promote Foot & Ankle products and manage inventory for customer demand.
• Process orders and assist in documentation and invoicing while maintaining compliance.
