UMass Memorial Health is hiring for a cafeteria food service role in the Worcester area. The position involves assembling, portioning, labeling and restocking foods for cafeteria services, and providing hospitable service to customers.
It requires basic education and ability to follow standardized procedures. Responsibilities include setting up serving areas, preparing foods, checking temperatures, and assisting in training other staff.
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Hiring Range: $19.00 - $31.55
(based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).
Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
