Job summary

4xi Global seeks a Foodservice Consultant to advise organizations on dining operations, culinary programs, service delivery, and guest experience. The role blends industry expertise with analytics to improve quality, efficiency, financial performance, and satisfaction across diverse settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, Foodservice Management or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years in foodservice operations, hospitality leadership, culinary management or consulting.
Experience in contract dining, corporate foodservice, higher education, healthcare, or high-volume operations preferred.
Culinary background or certification is a plus.
Strong operational knowledge across BOH and FOH environments.
Financial literacy with experience analyzing P&Ls, labor models, and KPIs.
Expertise in food safety, health codes, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with technology used in foodservice operations (POS, production software, menu management tools).
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
