Job summary

PepsiCo in Florida is seeking a Distribution Beverage Specialist to manage local third‑party relationships, acquire new foodservice accounts, and hit sales and profitability goals across Sarasota, Ft. Myers and Naples.

You will drive the PepsiCo beverage portfolio with a focus on new business, account planning, and promotions while building lasting partnerships with delis, restaurants, and other foodservice customers in a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and math skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
• Must have a valid and active Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Achieving new account & whitespace penetration goal.
• Conduct minimum of 60 calls per week.
• Drive volume, revenue and brand presence in marketplace.
• Define customer needs by understanding priorities and models.
• Demonstrate follow-up by visiting and tracking progress in CRM.
• Establishes effective account planning and passion for winning.
• Develop customer intimacy and serve as a consultant on category.
• Own senior level relationships with leadership teams.
• Sell the full PepsiCo beverage portfolio including key innovations.
• Secure local alignment on promotions and initiatives for national rollout.
