Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Product Line Manager Foodservice to lead the commercial performance of a designated product portfolio from its Chesterfield, Missouri base. You will shape product line strategy, pricing, capacity optimization, and lifecycle decisions while partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D to maximize revenue and customer value.

The role also drives new product development, portfolio expansion, and profitability analyses to sustain growth and asset utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in Product Line Management, Commercial Strategy, Marketing, or related roles in food/agribusiness industries.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results.
• Experience managing complex projects and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen with P&L management and pricing insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of assigned product lines, including revenue growth, profitability, margin enhancement, and portfolio optimization.
• Develop and execute product line strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including product launches, reformulations, SKU rationalization, and portfolio expansion initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, R&D, and Quality to align priorities and execute business strategies.
• Monitor available production capacity and develop pricing and product mix strategies to optimize asset utilization and maximize returns.
• Lead the new product development pipeline, prioritizing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve commercialization objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, improve profitability, and create customer value.
• Conduct market, competitive, pricing, and profitability analyses to identify opportunities and mitigate business risks.
• Manage inventory performance and support working capital optimization initiatives, including reducing aged inventory and minimizing obsolescence.
• Develop business cases, recommendations, and performance insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Serve as the portfolio subject matter expert and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
