Job summary

Bunge Limited in Chesterfield, Missouri is seeking a Product Line Manager – Foodservice to own the strategic and commercial management of an assigned product portfolio. The role drives growth, pricing, capacity optimization, and portfolio lifecycle decisions, collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D to maximize revenue and customer value.

Based in Chesterfield, MO, reporting to the Director, Product Line Management - Foodservice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 6-10 years experience in product line management, commercial strategy, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of assigned product lines, including revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute product line strategies aligned with objectives and market trends.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including launches, reformulations, SKU rationalization, and portfolio expansion.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, R&D, and Quality to align priorities and execute strategies.
• Monitor capacity and develop pricing and product mix strategies to optimize asset utilization.
• Lead the new product development pipeline, prioritizing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and create customer value.
• Conduct market, competitive, pricing, and profitability analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage inventory performance and support working capital optimization initiatives.
• Develop business cases and performance insights to support decision-making.
• Serve as portfolio subject matter expert and influence cross-functional teams.
