Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Product Line Manager - Foodservice to lead the commercial performance of its foodservice portfolio in Chesterfield, MO. You will own revenue growth, pricing, and lifecycle management, partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D to maximize profitability and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Product Line Management, Product Management, Commercial Strategy, Marketing, or related roles in food/ingredients industries.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of assigned product lines, including revenue growth, profitability, margin enhancement, and portfolio optimization.
• Develop and execute product line strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including product launches, reformulations, SKU rationalization, and portfolio expansion initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, R&D, and Quality to align priorities and execute business strategies.
• Monitor production capacity and develop pricing and product mix strategies to maximize returns.
• Lead the new product development pipeline, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve commercialization objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and create customer value.
• Conduct market, competitive, pricing, and profitability analyses to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Manage inventory performance and support working capital optimization initiatives.
