Job summary

Sysco in Kansas City is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote foodservice products and build lasting customer relationships. This role involves traveling to accounts, maintaining schedules, and meeting sales and profit goals while working non-traditional hours as needed.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related experience; bi-lingual and restaurant/chef experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related experience (Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales)
• Bi-Lingual preferred
• Restaurant Management or Chef experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable growth.
• Qualify prospects and research customer needs to tailor solutions.
• Educate customers on products and services and provide training when needed.
• Drive to customer accounts and manage deliveries per routing schedules.
• Assist in sales budgeting, quoting, and reporting; support day-to-day sales activities.
