Job summary

Sysco is seeking experienced sales professionals for an outside sales role to promote products and build relationships with new and existing accounts. The position may require non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) to meet customer needs and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HSD/GED with 3 years of relevant experience in sales or restaurant management.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability and automobile insurance.
• Willingness to reside or relocate to the territory.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects following account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor product/service mix accordingly.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events.
• Review reports and assist with sales budgets and quotes.
