Vintners Distributors Inc. seeks a Foodservice Operations & Development Manager to lead multi-unit foodservice operations, develop new concepts, and drive growth across the California network. This hands-on leader will craft concepts through pilot testing to opening day and ongoing operations, reporting to the Director of Fresh Food.

The role emphasizes building teams, scalable SOPs, and strong guest experiences, with travel, launches, and day-to-day performance driving profitability.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive multi-unit leadership in quick-service or high-volume foodservice.
• Experience as District/Area/Multi-Unit Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience developing and implementing restaurant SOPs and training.
• Ability to build restaurant systems in a developing department.
• Strong writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across greater California.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee daily operations for multiple foodservice and restaurant locations across greater California.
• Drive consistent execution of the company's Fast, Friendly, and clean service standards at every location.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop restaurant managers and team members.
• Conduct location visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement practical SOPs, training materials, checklists, and operating routines.
