Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior operational leadership in foodservice distribution or related.
• Experience leading warehouse, production and transportation in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily functions including receiving, warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, production, and dispatch.
• Drive performance against KPIs such as on-time delivery, productivity, waste reduction and safety.
• Directly lead and develop supervisors and department managers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to translate customer needs into operational execution.
