Qualifications

• 5 years of operational management experience supervising a workforce.
• Experience in food distribution, transportation, food safety and quality control is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management and production planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize talent development through coaching, performance reviews and development opportunities.
• Align area objectives with department goals and budgets.
• Monitor budgets to maximize profitability and cost efficiency.
• Implement production scheduling, GMP, sanitation and HACCP practices.
• Support DC Supervisors in daily operations and metrics tracking.
• Lead continuous improvement in processes and manufacturing methods.
• Develop cost control procedures and participate in equipment/projects launches.
