Responsibilities

• Customer Account Coordination: main contact for Foodservice customers; manage equipment installations, flavor changes, removals, and replacements.
• Order Management & Service Support: process orders in SAP/CRM; research inquiries and expedite priority orders.
• Partnership & Collaboration: build relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Technical Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: provide phone support for beverage equipment; suggest process improvements.
• Hybrid & On‑Site Responsibilities: perform on-site work at Coca-Cola's Atlanta office as required.
