Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA, seeks an Advisor, Account Coordinator to coordinate foodservice equipment installations, changes, and removals. Qualifications

• Education as stated: high school diploma or GED; a related undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles with coordination or account support experience.
• Experience coordinating beverage equipment installations or service activities is a plus.
• Familiarity with distributor operations, supplier fulfillment, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for Foodservice customers; manage installations, flavor changes, removals, and replacements.
• Schedule and monitor service activities across Coca-Cola systems for timely delivery and quality.
• Process orders for equipment, parts, or buy-backs; resolve inquiries using data and supplier contacts.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams; coordinate service goals.
• Provide phone troubleshooting for beverage dispensing and vending equipment; suggest improvements.
• Fulfill on-site responsibilities at the Atlanta corporate office as required; support collaboration and planning.
