Job summary

Divert Inc. is hiring Assistant Technicians to support the food analysis and recovery process in our Analytics, Modular and RNG facilities. You will work under the Lead Technician to execute prep, cleaning, and maintenance tasks in a safety-sensitive environment.

We seek candidates with 6–12 months in maintenance or production, ability to operate pallet jacks, and basic math and English skills. Overtime, training, and a strong safety culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• Willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and stack organic material bins.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and report safety concerns.
• Operate hand pallet jacks and assist with PM tasks.
• Attend shift handoffs and trainings as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
