Job summary

Divert Inc. in Mechanicsburg is seeking Assistant Technicians to support the food analysis and recovery processes across analytics and RNG facilities. You will perform prep, cleaning, light maintenance, and related tasks under the Lead Technician supervision.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months experience in maintenance or industrial settings, basic computer skills, and are comfortable working overtime in a safety-sensitive environment. This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.
• 6-12 months maintenance/industrial maintenance/auto mechanic experience.
• Experience operating pressure washers.
• Experience operating hand pallet jacks.
• Basic computer proficiency and mathematical skills.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication in English (preferred).
• Willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, breakdown, clean, and stack organic material bins.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; escalate concerns in real time.
• Operate hand pallet jacks.
• Assist Lead Technician with PM tasks and other duties.
• Participate in shift handoffs, trainings, and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
