Job summary

Barry Callebaut is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee reception, handling, and warehouse of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods. You will manage shift leads, inventory, and logistics coordination, ensuring safety, data integrity in SAP, and timely deliveries.

Collaboration with traffic, production, QA and other departments is essential. The role requires 5+ years in warehouse ops, SAP experience a plus, and strong communication to maintain GMP compliance and safe food

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations with emphasis on food industry desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• ERP or related experience needed; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, and to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises safety.
• Supervises employees.
• Coordinate training activities and administer disciplinary measures.
• Maintain and enforce the plant safety policy.
• Inventory support from staff.
• Conduct SAP transactions for material movement and disposition.
• Monitor and train warehouse staff on SAP recording.
• Report productivity for shift performance daily, weekly and monthly.
• Review employee performance and ensure data integrity.
• Supervise inbound and outbound receipt of goods.
• Ensure on-time delivery and optimize floor space.
• Maintain records and warehouse cleanliness to meet standards.
