Nicoletto's Pasta Co. in Nashville is hiring for trailer and events staff to serve our community across all Nicoletto’s locations. You’ll help guests at the window, take orders, and cook to order with the care and standards our kitchens are known for.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer questions, take accurate orders, keep service friendly.
• Use POS system and handle cash/card payments accurately.
• Cook food to order following recipes and quality standards.
• Cross-train on service, cooking, and expo to move between roles.
• Check tickets, note modifications/allergies, hand off complete orders.
• Coordinate timing with teammates to manage lines during busy periods.
• Load supplies, set up for service, stock stations, and clean up after events.
• Keep trailer and area clean; follow food-safety, temp control, and sanitation.
• Flag issues to team lead and assist wherever needed.

Join Nicoletto’s trailer and events staff, serving our community alongside all Nicoletto’s locations—including East Nashville, Mount Juliet, and Donelson.

Great food, fresh faces, and a little change of scenery—welcome to the Nicoletto’s trailer crew. We’re looking for friendly, dependable teammates who can take care of guests at the window and cook delicious food to order. You’ll bring the same care, personality, and quality people love in our kitchens to every stop and event.

We work hard, play hard, and pull together. In a trailer, teamwork is everything: communicate clearly, switch stations when someone needs a hand, and keep the energy positive when the line gets long. We love the satisfaction of a busy service done well—and the laughs and shared wins that come with a great crew.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests, answer menu questions, take accurate orders, and keep service friendly and efficient.
• Use the POS system and handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Cook food to order, following Nicoletto’s recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Cross-train on customer service, cooking, and expo so you can move between the service window and food preparation as needed.
• Check tickets, communicate modifications and allergy concerns, and hand off complete, accurate orders.
• Work closely with teammates to coordinate timing, manage the line, and keep guests informed during busy periods.
• Help load supplies, set up for service, stock stations, and complete event breakdown and cleanup.
• Keep the trailer, equipment, and service area clean and organized; follow food-safety, temperature-control, and sanitation procedures.
• Flag low stock, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the team lead and lend a hand wherever service needs it.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Schedules follow trailer bookings and events, with evening and weekend availability important. Work sites vary by event.
