Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily operations and lead assigned shifts.
• Coach and train teammates, set expectations, recognize strong work.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and shift assignments to keep service organized.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and shift handoffs.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and prep needs; flag shortages early.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Welcome guests and address concerns with care.
• Report issues and team needs to the General Manager and follow up.

What You’ll Do

• Support the General Manager with daily operations and take the lead on assigned shifts.
• Coach and train teammates, communicate clear expectations, and recognize a job well done.
• Help coordinate staffing, breaks, and shift assignments so service stays organized.
• Oversee opening and closing, cash handling, and clear handoffs between shifts.
• Help monitor inventory, stock levels, and prep needs, and communicate shortages before they affect service.
• Keep food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards consistent.
• Welcome guests, handle concerns with care, and support the team wherever service needs a hand.
• Share operational issues and team needs with the General Manager, and follow through on solutions.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Availability for opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays is important.
