Responsibilities

• Prep and cook menu items to Nicoletto’s recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Chop, portion, and package ingredients and finished items with care.
• Set up and stock stations, and communicate prep needs before service gets busy.
• Keep your workspace, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow food-handling and sanitation procedures.
• Help with opening and closing, and support teammates wherever the kitchen needs a hand.
