Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus is hiring a Food Services Systems Coordinator to support the central kitchen production and healthcare/personal care menus. This full-time role runs 8am–4pm with no weekends, providing administrative support, menu management, and data translation across food services software.

The position emphasizes computer-based menu flow, coordination with leadership, and ensuring accurate records and timely purchasing processes to sustain high-quality

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Three years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge in diverse software systems.
• Effective written and oral communication, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains department files with accurate production menus and resident menus.
• Prepares and distributes correspondence, compiles reports, creates forms, and completes documentation.
• Manages material requests, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier records in a timely manner.
• Attends meetings, updates notes, and prepares written reports as directed.
• Supports projects to enhance service quality.
• Manages flow of menu information within healthcare, personal care, Village Cafe, and retirement living restaurants.
• Researches and documents information on purchased food items related to allergies and ingredients.
• Translates care information from clinical software to food services software.
