Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania – Elizabethtown Campus is actively seeking a Dining Attendant to join our team. This role offers daytime to evening shifts with flexible full- or part-time hours and a starting rate of $15 per hour, commensurate with experience.

You will present and serve meals, maintain sanitary dining areas, assist with salad bars and beverages, and support shift end duties. Our campus emphasizes compassionate service and a strong team environment with employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not necessary.
• Willing and able to receive on the job training.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong written, oral and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and prepare the menu items in an eye appealing and sanitary manner.
• Fills salad bar with ice and replenishes salad bar and deli station food items.
• Serves meals to customers, practicing portion control.
• Pour and serve beverages for the residents.
• Perform cleaning tasks in the dining room and server prep area.
• Assists with end of shift duties ie. breaking down salad bar, deli station, grill station and steam table, storage of food, documentation and disposal of leftovers.

What You Need As a Dining Attendant
