Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise nutrition service employees, including performance appraisals and corrective actions.
• Ensure timely, high-quality meal service and proper documentation.
• Enforce regulatory standards and hospital policies with inspections and audits.
• Inspect walk-in coolers/freezers for proper labeling and storage; supervise daily cleaning sheets.
• Provide training and maintain documentation on staff development.
