• Proven experience supervising staff, planning and scheduling.
• Familiar with food service software and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food service operations and maintain quality standards.
• Plan, organize, and direct work; hire, train, and discipline staff.
• Schedule staff and conduct in-service training for safety.
• Procure, store, and manage inventory of food and supplies.
