Responsibilities

• Modify schedule to insure optimal meal service when employees are unable to report to work.
• Monitor temperatures of refrigeration, freezer, and dish machines; take corrective action when standards are not met.
• Ensure cleanliness of patient services areas and equipment.
• Perform patient service recovery and inform manager of actions taken and follow-up measures.
• Perform quality checks including tray accuracy, test trays, meal rounds, and AIDET audits.
• Provide input for introductory reviews and annual performance appraisals.
• Maintain knowledge of modified diets used at the System.
