Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Food Services Representative (PRN) to support patients, guests, and families with meal service and related duties at Wesley Chapel Hospital. You will work in a fast-paced environment, hosting, cashiering, and dish/Utilities tasks while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications include 6 months in food services or customer service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. HS diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment. May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas. Receive and store food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles. Act as a liaison between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services. Perform other duties as assigned.
• This position is a Food Services Representative with duties that include Hosting, Cashier, and working in the Dish and Utilities area. This team member will be interacting with patients, patient families, and other team members. This position is fast paced.

This is a PRN (as needed) position that requires flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment. May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas. Receive and store food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles. Act as a liaison between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services. Education
