Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a food service worker to prepare hot and cold meals for patients and retail areas. You will assemble grill station items, ensure accuracy and timely service, and help build patient trays with condiments as needed.

Maintain product quality and presentation according to recipes while upholding HACCP sanitation standards. You’ll collaborate with teammates to support smooth tray assembly and patient care at all times.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares hot and/or cold foods to meet orders in patient and/or retail areas.
• Assembles all cold or hot grill station items (burgers, sandwiches, etc.) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assists in assembling patient food tray components and condiments.
• Ensures quality and appearance according to recipes at all times.
• Maintains HACCP sanitation standards during preparation of patient meals.
• Supports other team members throughout tray assembly stations.

Prepares hot and/or cold foods to meet orders in patient and/or retail areas. Assures accuracy, timeliness, and the assembly of all cold or hot grill station food items (burgers, sandwiches, etc.). Assists in assembly of patient food tray cold and packaged components/condiments. Ensures the quality control and appearance according to recipes at all times. Maintains the sanitation standards according to the HACCP program during the preparation of all patient meals. Supports other team members throughout the tray assembly stations.
