The Salvation Army of La Crosse Emergency Shelter provides a safe shelter for families and individuals experiencing homelessness. Every year, hundreds of men, women, and children are provided emergency shelter and fed over 80,000 meals. Community support makes all this possible. Donations of supplies, dollars, and volunteer staffing help ensure the emergency shelter continues serving those in the biggest need.
The Food Services Manager will plan and/or prepare and serve all meals for shelter residents and clients of the meal program. Maintain a clean organized kitchen area. Supervise food services staff & volunteers.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Certifications: None
Experience: Three years food service experience, supervisory experience a plus
