As the Food Services Director, you are responsible for managing, supervising, and directing the food service staff and program within the facility. Responsibilities include managing the dining services budget, planning and preparing appealing, nutritious, heart-healthy, and fresh food for residents and guests, coordinating project and program work, maintaining records, ensuring equipment functionality, training staff, and acting as liaison between building occupants and Yona Solutions staff. The role also involves performing job duties of kitchen staff as needed, overseeing quality control, and maintaining professional conduct.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Two years’ experience in dietary services and personnel supervision in a healthcare environment is preferred.
