Job summary

BayCare Health System in Wesley Chapel is seeking a Food Services Coordinator - Part Time to coordinate daily food service operations, including preparation, distribution and service to patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers. Requirements include a HS Diploma or GED, at least 1 year in food services and 1 year in a coordinator role, and ServSafe within 1 year.

The position is part-time with 8-hour shifts and no remote work; join a team focused on quality, safety and exceptional

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food service operations for patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers.
• Oversee quality control monitors and take corrective action as needed.
• Assist with team member functions: interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, coaching and scheduling.
• Coordinate orientation, training and competency assessment for team members.
• Monitor department security and operations; perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food service operations including preparation, distribution and service to patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers. Oversee and maintain quality control monitors and takes corrective action as necessary. Assist with TM functions to include interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, coaching and scheduling. Coordinate TM orientation, training and competency assessment. Monitor the overall security of the department. Perform all other duties as assigned.
