HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital is seeking a Food Services Assistant PRN to join our team in Sarasota, FL. You will perform routine duties related to the preparation and serving of food, assist with food stocking, and help maintain a clean kitchen and dishwashing area.

This role supports patient meals and cafeteria service with adherence to safety protocols. The position offers a flexible PRN schedule with no travel required, contributing to a caring hospital environment focused on team

Responsabilités

• Perform routine duties related to preparation and serving of food.
• Prepare food for cooking by washing, peeling, shredding, slicing, and mixing various food items.
• Operate dishwasher or assist with washing/sterilizing dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, etc.
• Clean kitchen work areas, collect and dispose of garbage.
• Assist with food stocking.
• Serve food in cafeteria for visitors and staff and in patient room.
• Work in the dish room when needed.
• Work on patient tray assembly line following menu directives for determining food items for each tray.
• Follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
