Job summary

Easterseals NH is seeking a dedicated Food Services Assistant to support meals for residents and staff in our residential program in Manchester. The role involves food prep assistance, dishwashing, serving meals, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months in food service, a solid work history, and the ability to work in a team. The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, 8 AM to 4 PM, with rotating weekends.

Job Description:Easterseals residential facilities provide 24-hour support to youth ages 5-21 with neurological and or psychiatric disabilities. At this facility we provide food services for our residential program, child development centers and seniors programs. We have an immediate need for a Food Service Assistant.As a Food Services Assistant at Easterseals NH you will assist with the preparation of food.Additional Responsibilities include:* Washing Dishes* Serve food.* Clean the kitchen and dining area.* Follow proper food storage methods.* Sanitation procedures.* You will interact daily serving meals to staff and clients.Qualifications:* Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED.* A minimum of 6 months experience in food service.* Candidates must have a solid work record.* Proven commitment to a company or organization.* Strong customer service skills.* Ability to work as part of a team is required.* Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age.Compensation: $18.00 hourlyHours: Full-time, (40 hours) with 5 days per week from 8AM-4PM and rotating weekends.What’s in it for you?
