A leading healthcare provider in Boston seeks a Food Service Lead to oversee food preparation and service. The role involves guiding junior staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Performs a wide range of duties involved with preparing and/or serving foods and beverages in one or more of a variety of food service environments. Serves in a lead function to help guide more junior staff.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
Licenses and Credentials: ServSafe Food Handler Certification - ServeSafe National Restaurant Association preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years of directly related experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; moderate physical effort requiring long periods of standing, walking, and periodic lifting of 50 pounds or more.
