The Opportunity: As the Food Service Worker Lead, you will work under the direction of the Management Team and the indirect supervision of the Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with the unit Chef and culinary team to prepare and present food in assigned areas, including platform menu items, special menus, prep items, and catering menu offerings. You will help develop and maintain appropriate par stock levels to ensure adequate product availability while minimizing waste from over‑purchasing. You will ensure the proper handling and storage of all food products and maintain an adequate supply of clean, sanitary, and properly stored dishware, utensils, pots, and pans for use throughout the operation. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness of storage areas and the loading dock, assist with entering orders, receive food, paper products, cleaning supplies, and other deliveries, and ensure all food, paper, and chemical products are properly stored, rotated, and organized. You will also be responsible for the care and upkeep of the equipment used in the unit.

This is a full time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
$3,827 to $4,517 | Range 37 Steps F - M | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
