An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker II (Team Lead) to join their dynamic Food Services team. In this full-time role, you will lead a team, overseeing daily food and tray line setup, service, and sanitation. Your leadership will ensure that food safety and quality standards are met while training new staff and managing inventory. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the well-being of the community through quality food service.
Acts as Lead person and leads Food Service Workers in daily food and tray line set up, service, and clean-up/sanitation. Helps train new staff; conducts inventory, assigns tasks, monitors portion control, and ensures service areas and equipment are sanitized and cleaned. Ensures procedures for recipes, menus, quality, and safe food handling guidelines are followed.
Requirements:
Education: High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
Certification/Licensure: Food Service Handler's Card (as required by local Health Department) (Required)
Experience: 2 Years Food Service Experience (Required)
