Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely.
• Stores food following safety procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and equipment.
• Uses approved recipes and standards.
• Serves customers courteously and efficiently.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
