Job Opening: Part-Time Food Service Worker / Cashier

Location: Westfield School District - 550 Dorian Road, Westfield, NJ 07090

Schedule: Part-time; Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 2:15 pm. More details provided during interview.

Requirements: Prior food service and cashier experience preferred but not required. Willing to train.

Pay Rate: $17.67 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare fruits and vegetables, measure ingredients.
2. Transport food, supplies, and equipment safely.
3. Store foods properly, follow safety procedures.
4. Clean work areas and utensils.
5. Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
6. Use recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
7. Serve customers courteously, handle complaints professionally.
8. Relay information to supervisors.
9. Operate cash register accurately, handle payments and refunds.
10. Manage cash drawer responsibly.
11. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
