• We are hiring immediately for part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER positions.
• Location: Levittown Schools - 3359 Old Jerusalem Avenue, Levittown, NY 11756. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday - Friday, 9:15 am - 1:15 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Food service experience is a plus. Willing to train.
• Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary: Performs cashiering duties, including general food service work, and maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and dining room facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weighs and measures ingredients.
2. Transport food, supplies, utensils, and equipment safely.
3. Store foods according to safety and rotation procedures.
4. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
5. Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
6. Use recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
7. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
8. Handle customer interactions and complaints professionally.
9. Relay information to supervisors.
10. Perform sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and issuing receipts.
11. Manage cash drawer and change funds responsibly.
12. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of the service area.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
