We are hiring immediately for part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER positions.

Location: Westfield School District - 550 Dorian Road, Westfield, NJ 07090. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time; Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 2:15 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior food server and cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Perks: Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $17.67 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties, general food service work, and maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare fruits and vegetables; weigh and measure ingredients.
• Transport food, supplies, and equipment safely.
• Store foods properly, ensuring safety and rotation.
• Clean work areas and equipment.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Handle customer interactions and complaints professionally.
• Relay information to supervisors.
• Perform sales transactions accurately.
• Manage cash register operations, including issuing receipts and making change.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
