• We are hiring immediately for part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER positions.
• Location: Doctors Medical Center - 1441 Florida Avenue, Modesto, CA 95350. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior food service and cashier experience is preferred.
• Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties, general food service work, and maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables. Measures ingredients as needed.
• Transfers food and supplies between stations following safety standards.
• Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance.
• Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper serving temperatures.
• Serves customers courteously and efficiently, resolving complaints professionally.
• Relays information to supervisors.
• Handles sales transactions, including making change and processing various payment methods.
• Issues receipts and handles cash refunds according to procedures.
• Manages cash drawer, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies, maintaining cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
