Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER (Part-Time)

We are hiring immediately for part-time Food Service Worker/Cashier positions at Levittown Schools, located at 3359 Old Jerusalem Avenue, Levittown, NY 11756. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

This role involves cashiering duties and general food service work, maintaining sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Transport food and supplies safely.
• Store foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and issuing receipts.
• Manage cash register and cash drawer in accordance with standards.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
