• Schedule: Varies, including nights, Monday through Sunday

Job Summary

Performs cashier duties and general food service tasks, maintaining sanitation standards in all areas.

Essential Duties

• Food prep: washing, peeling, cutting fruits/vegetables, measuring ingredients
• Transporting food and supplies safely
• Storing foods properly
• Cleaning work areas and equipment
• Ensuring sanitation and safety compliance
• Following recipes and standards for quality and portion control
• Serving customers courteously and efficiently
• Handling customer complaints professionally
• Processing sales transactions accurately
• Managing cash drawer and receipts
• Replenishing supplies and maintaining cleanliness
