Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking a customer service representative for our food service account in Tyler, TX. The role offers weekly pay of $15 and rotating shifts, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with every other weekend work.

This position requires a positive demeanor and the ability to handle phone orders and patient meal coordination. Responsibilities include assisting in menu selection, meal delivery setup, and using the tray tracking system.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• Must be familiar with EXCEL.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
