Job summary

AtWork Personnel representing a medical facility in Tyler, TX is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our front-desk team and help patients with check-in, scheduling, and basic assistance.

Qualifications

• Prior food service or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, or push meal carts for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble food portions, drinks, and snacks on the kitchen tray line
• Deliver meals directly to patient rooms
• Set up bedside tables for patients, collect used trays after meals, and restock patient unit pantries
• Communicate with kitchen personnel
• Assist in other kitchen duties as assigned
