Job summary

AtWork Personnel is hiring a Food Service Host for a medical facility in Tyler, Texas. The role runs Monday through Friday with every other weekend, from 7am to 2pm, at a pay rate of $15 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting in menu selection, patient meal delivery and setup, and handling phone orders. Applicants must have previous food service and customer service experience, be able to work weekends and holidays, and pass a background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is required.
• Customer service experience.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background and a drug screening test.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection.
• Provide patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
